Keynes' 'grand pursuit'

Alana Semuels reviews a new biographical book, 'Grand Pursuit' by Sylvia Nasar, of the economists John Maynard Keynes and Alfred Marshall. Although I could hardly describe myself as a proponent of his economics (I'm unsure as to whether or not government spending truly has positive effects in the long term), Keynes is certainly a hero in terms of his influence and the scale of his achievements. I'd certainly be interested in reading Nasar's book.
