The Texan continues to argue that Mitt Romney's healthcare legislation cost residents of Massachusetts and other Americans billions of dollars. "It’s put a massive cost burden on families of medical patients," Perry said of the so-called 'Romneycare' plan. Apparently he's also still convinced that social security is a 'ponzi scheme' as well. Some people just don't know how to retract, do they?
